Lazuli-t has been working with the School of Medicine and Health Sciences for the past 8 years in management support, succession planning, operational effectiveness, and organisational restructure and reform.

Lazuli-t is an advocate agency for the School of Medicine and Health Sciences both within Papua New Guinea and Australia, and international institutions, with the aim of assisting the SMHS to reach its aspirations of clinical excellence. Lazuli-t has prepared and presented successful multi-million dollar infrastructure and ICT funding proposals on behalf of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Lazuli-t is also providing support to the Executive and senior leadership during the transition to an autonomous entity.
